Side-effects are manageable

All medicines have side effects. It is not uncommon to feel unwell while being treated for Hepatitis C. Most of the side effects associated with treatment are not serious and they often lessen as treatment goes on. The most common side effects are fatigue, fever, muscle pain, headache and nausea. More serious, but less frequently experienced side effects include anaemia, depression, mood swings and sleep disturbances.i
